Kylie's outfit consistes of an Olcay Gulsen Wool Long Tail Coat, Sass & Bide Bra, and Christian Louboutin Pumps. Of course hair by Tokyo Stylez and makeup by Hrush.
Though she is wearing an Olcay Gulsen Wool Long Tail Coat which also works as a top, I put together a long coat and plunge top to work as a replacement.
